Terms of use

1. About IRIS

IRIS (app.irisbyatlas.com) is run by Alpha Management, a division of Parascend Management Group (Pty) Ltd. It is used by our team, the models and influencers we represent, and our clients. These terms apply whenever you use IRIS or a page we send you a link to (such as a talent package, a meeting invitation or a digitals request). Your agreement with us, whether that is your representation agreement or the terms of a booking, still applies, and it wins if it says something different.

2. Your account

• Keep your sign-in details and two-step login to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• Tell us straight away at info@alphamanagement.co.za if you think someone else has used it.
• We may suspend an account to protect IRIS, our models or our clients.

3. Models and influencers

• Keep your details, availability and documents up to date, and only upload photos you have the right to share.
• Booking, casting and option details are confidential to you and the agency until the client makes them public.

4. Clients

• Profiles, photos, packages and shortlists we share are confidential and for choosing talent for your project. Please don’t forward package links or share the material outside your team.
• Images and content may only be used as agreed for the booking, for the agreed usage period and media. Use beyond that needs our written agreement and may carry a further fee.

5. Fair use

Don’t try to reach information that isn’t meant for you, copy IRIS in bulk, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful. Personal information you see in IRIS may only be used for the work it was shared for, as POPIA requires.

6. Photos and content

Photos and content stay the property of whoever owns them (usually the photographer, the agency or the model, as agreed). Uploading something to IRIS doesn’t transfer ownership; it lets the agency use it to represent the model and to work with clients as described in our privacy notice.

7. Availability and liability

We work to keep IRIS available and accurate but can’t promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t responsible for indirect loss caused by using IRIS. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act where it applies.

8. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy notice.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top. South African law applies.
